  • • As a Flex Growth Account Executive, you will be entrusted with managing a dedicated book of existing SMB customers, with the primary objective of driving significant revenue growth by fostering deeper product adoption and identifying lucrative upsell opportunities.
  • • This is a comprehensive, full-cycle sales role that demands close collaboration with various cross-functional teams, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the entire Toast platform.

  • • The Flex AE must be prepared to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to different Total Addressable Markets (TAMs), showcasing a broad understanding of diverse business needs.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for customer expansion, from the initial identification of opportunities to the final contract negotiation and close.
  • • Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to uncover and cultivate new upsell opportunities within your assigned territory of existing Toast SMB POS customers.
  • • Employ sophisticated consultative selling techniques, conducting in-depth discovery sessions to meticulously uncover customer pain points, understand their unique business goals, and effectively position Toast's expanded product offerings as the ideal solutions.
  • • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to quota attainment.
  • • Maintain an exceptionally organized and meticulously managed sales pipeline, ensuring all activity records are accurately updated within Salesforce CRM and other essential sales tools.
  • • Cultivate and demonstrate deep market and product expertise, developing a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively articulate the unique value proposition of Toast solutions.
  • • Foster seamless partnerships with New Business, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth and successful customer onboarding experience, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • • Apply proven strategic sales methodologies, such as Sandler, to effectively uncover customer urgency, drive demonstrable value, and construct compelling, persuasive propositions that resonate with client needs.
  • • Embrace the opportunity to work primarily remotely from your home office, while also engaging in occasional field visits within your assigned territory(s) to build stronger customer relationships.
