- • As a Flexera Implementation Lead at Hitachi Digital Services, you will provide technical and operational support for enterprise software license infrastructure and vendor managed licensing environments to ensure availability, license compliance, and user provisioning, playing a critical role in enabling organizations to manage software assets effectively and reduce risk.
- • Day to day, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions on FlexNet Operations (FNO), FlexNet Embedded (FNE), and FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS); architect and implement licensing workflows; integrate FlexNet with ERP, CRM, and cloud applications; troubleshoot technical issues; oversee server setup and agent deployment; conduct license hygiene activities; and provide technical leadership and mentoring to drive continuous SAM process improvement and automation.
- • You will join Hitachi Digital Services, a global digital solutions and transformation business focused on powering good through innovation, technology, and deep expertise—future-proofing urban spaces, conserving natural resources, protecting rainforests, and saving lives by turning organizations into data-driven leaders that positively impact industry and society.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise software licensing, SAM, and Flexera technologies; develop advanced integration and automation skills; gain experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives; and grow into a trusted advisor who drives compliance, scalability, and performance in complex hybrid IT environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep hands on experience with FNMS, FlexNet Operations (FNO), FlexNet Embedded (FNE)
- • Strong understanding of software licensing models, entitlement management, and monetization strategies
- • Proficiency with APIs, scripting, SQL, IIS, and multi OS environments
- • Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi etc.
- • Powershell, Python and bash scripting skills
- • Experience with Azure Automation, Jenkins, GitHubActions
