📋 Description

• • Ensure the safe and secure conduct of all assigned flights while delivering exceptional service and comfort to passengers and crew.
• • Review flight itineraries and passenger profiles to anticipate and accommodate individual needs and preferences.
• • Coordinate pre-departure menus with passengers, assistants, or scheduling departments and prepare or order catering accordingly.
• • Shop for and procure all items requested by passengers, including specialty goods and supplies.
• • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to verify cabin cleanliness, stocking levels, and operational readiness of safety, galley, electronics, and lighting systems.
• • Maintain operational knowledge of all aircraft-specific galley controls, cabin safety equipment, audio/visual systems, and cabin lighting.
• • Perform safety demonstrations and ensure full compliance with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• • Participate in pre-flight safety briefings, international coordination calls, and company training sessions.
• • Serve food and beverages during flights, strictly adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences for both passengers and crew.
• • Maintain a clean and tidy aircraft environment throughout the flight, including lavatories and common areas.
• • Monitor and troubleshoot in-flight television and Wi-Fi systems to ensure passenger satisfaction.
• • Administer first aid, including CPR, AED, and DAK, with support from inflight medical service providers when necessary.
• • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including participation in bi-annual food safety certification courses.
• • Manage aircraft supply lockers and conduct weekly or more frequent stock checks, monitoring expiration dates of perishable goods and ordering replacements as needed.
• • Oversee drycleaning and laundry of linens at the hangar and through external vendors.
• • Communicate flight status updates and relevant information to passengers and crew throughout the journey.
• • Provide detailed feedback to the Pilot in Command (PIC) and Flight Attendant Manager regarding passenger experiences and operational issues.
• • Report any cabin discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the PIC and Maintenance team promptly.
• • Maintain confidentiality of all passenger information and travel movements at all times.
• • Be available to report to the hangar within 3.5 hours on standby days and be prepared to fly on short notice.
• • Manage an irregular schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility and professionalism.
• • Adhere to all aviation safety regulations and participate in the company’s Safety Management System and Security Program.
• • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• • Utilize technology effectively to support operational tasks and communication.
• • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Captain or Flight Attendant Manager during trips.
