📋 Description
- • Manage, lead, and set the strategic vision for all Ace Hardware locations in the Midwest North Region (North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Northern Illinois) to deliver sustainable growth.
- • Drive regional sales growth, profitability, product listings, conversions, and market share acceleration for SBD brands including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.
- • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using marketing programs, field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales activities.
- • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top Ace Hardware accounts and key personnel to enhance collaboration and drive joint business outcomes.
- • Collaborate with local Account Managers to conduct joint retailer and marketing group calls across the region.
- • Drive sell-through of all SBD brands and strategic business units through targeted field engagement and merchandising initiatives.
- • Provide direct support to Ace dealers on product knowledge, end-user applications, event marketing, and in-branch merchandising strategies.
- • Maximize digital efficiency and transformation by leveraging Salesforce, Showpad, and Power BI to track performance, optimize workflows, and inform decision-making.
- • Manage regional budgets including Travel & Expenses (T&E), Targeted Funds, and Demo Tools to ensure profitability within the Farm and Hardware segments.
- • Communicate key market opportunities, challenges, and trends to the regional field sales team to align strategy and execution.
- • Apply strong product and market knowledge to identify sales opportunities and gain competitive market share.
- • Execute best-in-class merchandising standards at Ace Hardware branches to maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
- • Maintain high-level communication with internal SBD Tools and Outdoor team personnel and external retail partners.
- • Demonstrate proven success in promotional campaigns and event execution through creativity and problem-solving.
- • Utilize Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT business systems including Power BI, Salesforce.com, and Tool Commerce for daily operations.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time, both in-state and out-of-state, to support field activities, retailer visits, and regional events.
- • Lift and maneuver equipment or product samples weighing 50 lbs. or more as required for in-store demonstrations and merchandising.

- • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Demonstrated success in promotional and event-driven sales initiatives
- • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
