📋 Description

• As an FMS Engineer, Plant Automation at Brambles Limited (CHEP), you will design, implement, and support AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform and SQL Server–based Factory Management Systems across global CHEP plants, playing a critical role in advancing smart manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Day to day, you will develop and configure FMS systems, collaborate with Process Engineering to integrate mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, troubleshoot and debug systems, manage global deployments, provide on-site and remote support (including off-hours, weekends, and holidays), maintain documentation, and train internal teams and vendors.
• You will join a global sustainability leader operating in 60 countries with 13,000 employees, where your work directly contributes to efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible goods movement for the world’s biggest brands through a pioneering share-and-reuse model.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in industrial automation systems, lead cross-functional technical initiatives, gain exposure to global plant operations, and grow your impact in shaping the ‘Plant of the Future’ while working with cutting-edge technologies like Wonderware, SQL Server, Rockwell PLCs, and Ignition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program and 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing or utilities environment
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated project experience developing and implementing AVEVA (Wonderware) System platform 2020 & 2023
• Experience using SQL Server 2017 & 2022 databases, stored procedures, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET
• Competent in use of AVEVA/Wonderware system platform troubleshooting tools
• Understanding of Rockwell PLCs (Micrologix, Compactlogix, Control Logix)
• Ability to work successfully and autonomously in a fast paced, results oriented environment
