- • Develop & maintain the FN27 service rates for Penn State IT by crunching financial data and spotting trends
- • Partner with departments across campus to gather inputs and ensure every rate is rock-solid accurate
- • Keep all PSIT rates compliant with university policies and Pennsylvania state regulations
- • Build clear reports and present findings to finance leadership and university stakeholders
- • Create financial models & forecasts that guide future FN27 pricing decisions
- • Serve as the go-to expert for departments’ FN27 rate questions and provide friendly guidance
