- • Serve as a client-facing Forward Deployed AI Consultant bridging executive business strategy with practical AI implementation for Fortune 500 clients.
- • Partner directly with non-technical business leaders (CMOs, CTOs, CIOs) to audit operational workflows and identify high-impact AI-driven digital transformation opportunities.
- • Independently design, build, and deploy rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs using prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Cursor, Lovable, and Replit.
- • Translate business bottlenecks into actionable AI-enabled workflows without relying on backend or frontend engineering teams for initial prototyping.
- • Act as the primary translator between business units and enterprise engineering squads, converting successful prototypes into clearly scoped production requirements, data flows, and functional specifications.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks related to data privacy, enterprise security, model hallucinations, and operational reliability in AI deployments.
- • Identify opportunities to scale pilot AI projects into broader enterprise implementations or long-term service agreements within marketing technology and customer experience (CX) architectures.
- • Maintain technical credibility by confidently articulating the distinctions between scrappy prototypes and production-grade systems during client conversations.
- • Operate with extreme autonomy—gathering rapid user feedback, iterating quickly, and delivering results without waiting for perfect specifications or approvals.
- • Deliver digital transformation initiatives in environments that balance 50% creative and 50% engineering infrastructure, serving as a critical link between marketing, technology, and operations.
- • Work directly with global clients to map AI ecosystems across enterprise digital platforms, focusing on marketing tech, content supply chains, personalization, and digital operations.
- • Collaborate with a team of 600+ tech professionals based in Latin America, supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients on high-impact, transformative projects.
- • Engage in client engagements that require deep understanding of SaaS integrations, API connections, and system data flows to ensure seamless AI deployment.
- • Contribute to a culture that prioritizes autonomy, results over hours, and professional growth through exposure to industry-leading U.S. companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and executives to extract business problems and shape technical requirements
- • A track record of delivering practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- • Ability to independently create small, functioning AI POCs using modern tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Vercel, n8n, Zapier)
- • Strong understanding of system data flows, API integrations, SaaS connections, and basic software product delivery concepts
- • Ability to confidently guide technical client conversations and articulate the operational differences between a scrappy prototype and a production-grade implementation
- • Background in consulting, digital agency environments, customer experience (CX), marketing technology, or enterprise digital initiatives
