- • Embed directly with enterprise clients to observe end users, map workflows, and identify real pain points that AI can solve.
- • Own the full product loop from user discovery to shipped product without waiting for PM direction, making autonomous decisions on what to build and why.
- • Build full-stack features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve how users work.
- • Integrate LLM APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic into client-facing applications with focus on latency, reliability, and seamless user experience.
- • Rapidly prototype backend services, APIs, and integrations, then harden working solutions with testing, logging, and performance tuning.
- • Prioritize simple, pragmatic technical solutions over complex or elegant ones, eliminating unnecessary work under tight timelines.
- • Collaborate with AI architects, infrastructure engineers, designers, and PMs within cross-functional pods to shape end-to-end product experiences.
- • Translate early prototypes into stable, production-ready applications suitable for enterprise deployment.
- • Validate product impact by returning to users after each release to gather feedback and iterate based on real-world usage.
- • Communicate technical tradeoffs and product decisions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders.
- • Contribute to internal templates, component libraries, and coding standards to improve team velocity and consistency across client engagements.
- • Ensure all shipped products adhere to accessibility standards, perform well across devices, and are responsive in diverse enterprise environments.
- • Work across industries including finance, healthcare, and defense, delivering AI products that run at scale in Fortune 500 organizations.
- • Operate in resource-constrained environments where adaptability, creativity, and speed are essential to success.
- • Balance deep technical execution with strong product intuition, ensuring solutions are not only functional but meaningfully improve user workflows.
- • Maintain a hands-on engineering role while developing consulting skills through direct client interaction and stakeholder management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years building digital products with ownership of the full product loop — from discovery to validation of impact
- • Strong full-stack ability: React, Next.js, TypeScript on frontend; Python or Node.js on backend
- • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications where AI is core to the user experience
- • Proven track record in startup or resource-constrained environments requiring fast iteration and multi-hat problem solving
- • Exceptional communication skills: ability to make users feel heard, explain complex concepts simply, and collaborate without dominating
- • Strong understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design across devices
