• • As a Forward Deployed Compensation Advisor at Compa Technologies, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Heads of Compensation and senior People leaders, driving high-stakes compensation decisions and ensuring measurable business impact from Compa’s AI-powered compensation intelligence platform.
• • Day to day, you will guide customers in embedding Compa’s market data and AI agents into live compensation workflows, own outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise clients, surface real-world use cases to inform product strategy, and partner closely with product teams to refine solutions based on practical compensation decision-making.
