📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Consultant at HockeyStack, you will serve as a strategic bridge between enterprise customers and internal teams, translating complex business challenges into actionable product and engineering initiatives to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
• Day to day, you will build deep relationships with customers, analyze their GTM strategies and pain points, scope internal projects with Product and Engineering teams, present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities to deepen platform adoption.
• HockeyStack is a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue, with proven traction including $50M+ in funding, 8-figure ARR, and enterprise clients like Microsoft and New Relic, operating with a fast-paced, in-person culture in San Francisco while hiring remotely for this East Coast role.
• In this role, you will develop expert-level consulting and stakeholder management skills, gain deep exposure to B2B SaaS product development and revenue operations, and directly influence the product roadmap while driving measurable value for Fortune 500 customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, client advisory, or a strategic customer-facing role
• Strong business acumen to understand complex GTM motions and connect customer challenges to strategic solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders in complex organizations
