📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors, directly enabling customers to streamline operations through intelligent automation.
• Day to day, you will implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform, build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, develop advanced prompting and memory management techniques for LLMs, and collaborate with customers to deliver tailored, scalable solutions while ensuring technical alignment and satisfaction.
• You will join Workato’s Forward Deployed Engineering team, a group focused on solving complex customer challenges using the company’s AI-powered orchestration platform, which connects data, processes, applications, and experiences to drive efficiency and agility for 400,000+ global customers.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI engineering, agent-based systems, and enterprise integration, contribute to product development cycles, and grow as a technical leader by shaping real-world AI applications that improve IT workflows and business outcomes.
