📋 Description
- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors, directly enabling customers to streamline operations through intelligent automation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include implementing agent-based AI solutions, building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, developing intelligent workflows with multi-agent collaboration, optimizing LLM performance through advanced prompting and memory management, and troubleshooting AI-driven architectures using the Workato platform.
- • You will work closely with customers to understand their use cases and deliver tailored, scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT systems and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and product development.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in AI engineering, integration architectures, and enterprise automation, while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge agentic AI technologies and influencing product direction in a fast-growing, innovative enterprise software company.
🎯 Requirements
- • BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Workato
- • Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems and the ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
