  • • You will act as the trusted technical advisor and voice of the customer, embedding with strategic security teams to deeply understand their operational challenges, configure and optimize Crogl’s platform for maximum impact, and relay actionable insights back to Product and Engineering to drive continuous improvement—ensuring deployments are not just successful, but transformative for customer security posture.

  • • Day to day, you will: deliver compelling, customized demonstrations of Crogl’s capabilities during the sales process—including feature engineering, model training, and monitoring workflows—to drive customer adoption and confidence; lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations throughout customer implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing security stacks and optimal resource utilization; act as the primary technical liaison for customers post-deployment, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices to maximize platform value and long-term success; synthesize field insights from customer engagements into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing roadmap priorities and feature enhancements; contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting best practices, troubleshooting guides, and use case templates to scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function as the team grows; collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer business outcomes, ensuring alignment between technical execution and strategic goals; and continuously stay current on emerging threats, AI advancements, and cloud security trends to maintain credibility as a technical expert in fast-evolving environments.

  • • 5-10 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer-facing engagements, including technical sales, solutions architecture, or field engineering.
  • • Proven experience building or supporting security products, with a deep understanding of security operations workflows (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, threat detection, incident response).
  • • Hands-on experience with AI systems, machine learning models, and agentic frameworks, including model training, monitoring, and integration into production systems.
  • • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as TypeScript, Go, and Python, with ability to read, modify, and debug code in customer environments.
  • • Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate highly complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical stakeholders (e.g., engineers, architects) and non-technical audiences (e.g., CISOs, security managers).
