📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Linero, you will embed directly at customer sites - some of the largest and most complex enterprises in the world - and own the full technical deployment of Linero's platform within their environments.
• This means navigating sprawling internal systems, building custom integrations, and solving problems on the ground that no one has solved before.
• You are part engineer, part technical lead, part trusted advisor, and you thrive in that combination.
• You will lead the end-to-end technical deployment of Linero's platform at enterprise customer sites.
• Develop deep familiarity with each customer's internal systems, workflows, and technical environment.
• Work with customer teams to identify data source systems, assess data quality, and build data pipelines to support Linero’s platform.
• Build custom integrations that embed Linero into existing customer infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during and after deployment.
• Surface product gaps, integration patterns, and customer feedback to the rest of the engineering team.
• Build deployment playbooks and documentation that help scale and systematize what you learn in the field.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering and/or technical implementation role.
• Strong backend engineering skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication skills; can translate complex technical realities to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision.
• Experience with enterprise systems and integrations - ERPs, SaaS platforms, internal APIs.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
