• • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide array of technical and collaborative tasks. You will be instrumental in implementing agent-based AI solutions, specifically utilizing the Workato Agentic AI platform to bring intelligent, autonomous, and efficient agentic AI workflows to life. This includes developing sophisticated multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, and automation capabilities inherent to the Workato platform. A significant part of your work will involve implementing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, harnessing Workato’s Agentic AI features, its extensive connectors, workflows, and recipes to ensure large language models (LLMs) can deliver context-aware, grounded, and real-time responses. You will also be tasked with developing advanced prompting strategies, sophisticated memory management techniques, and robust behavior-planning methodologies to empower LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex workflows. As a technical solutions expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing AI-driven architectures, including the development and maintenance of scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks built on the Workato Agentic AI platform, ensuring their performance, efficiency, and reliability. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows that incorporate agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration capabilities, all powered by the Workato Agentic AI platform. Your role will also involve continuously monitoring and optimizing AI system performance to guarantee peak efficiency and unwavering reliability.
• • You will work closely with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique use cases and deliver highly tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions. This customer-facing aspect requires prioritizing exceptional customer service to ensure complete alignment with both technical and business objectives, fostering customer satisfaction, and guaranteeing successful implementation of solutions. Collaboration is key; you will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate these advanced AI workflows into existing IT frameworks, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment across the organization.
