You will act as a crucial bridge between our sophisticated North AI workspace platform and our clients' engineering teams, tackling complex problems and ensuring the secure integration of AI into critical government operations. • • As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be deeply involved in building and shipping new features for North, our secure and customizable AI workspace platform. This platform is engineered to empower enterprises to deploy AI while maintaining absolute control over their sensitive data, seamlessly integrating with existing workflows and connecting AI agents with essential workplace tools and applications.
• • A core aspect of your responsibility will involve developing autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data. This requires a deep understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and the nuances of working within regulated environments. You will experiment at a high velocity, maintaining a high level of quality to ensure customer engagement and deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.
• • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from the initial conceptualization of solutions to their successful deployment in production. This includes leading the deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, meticulously planning configurations, conducting thorough testing, and managing the rollout process to ensure a smooth and effective integration for our public sector partners.
• • Your work will directly contribute to addressing complex societal challenges through the secure and ethical deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities where AI can drive transformative value, always maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance.
