• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) at TrueLogic Company, you will serve as a critical technical bridge between core AI infrastructure and the specific needs of enterprise clients, ensuring AI solutions deliver real-world impact at scale. Your role combines software engineering, systems architecture, and field operations to deploy, adapt, and optimize AI systems for complex business environments.
• • Day to day, you will work closely with small client teams to implement and customize AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows while maintaining strict adherence to security, data privacy (including PII masking), and LLM cost control standards. You will also partner with product teams to conduct technical deep dives, uncover hidden user pain points, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• • You will join TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider with over 600 skilled tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S.-based companies — from startups to Fortune 500 giants — to drive digital transformation through high-impact technology projects.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI deployment, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge LLMs and orchestration tools, and contribute to building reusable internal tools and SDKs that elevate the entire engineering team’s efficiency and innovation capacity.
