• • The Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) role is critical to ensuring the successful deployment and adaptation of AI solutions for enterprise clients, bridging core AI infrastructure with real-world business needs at scale.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and customizing AI solutions for specific clients, enforcing security and data privacy standards (including PII masking and LLM cost control), developing internal tools and SDKs to automate recurring client requests, and conducting technical deep dives with product teams to uncover user pain points beyond standard metrics.
• • You will work within TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider with over 600 tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S.-based companies on high-impact digital transformation projects.
