- • We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist, to spearhead the implementation and deployment of our secure AI platform, North. This critical role will be based in Dubai and will focus on integrating North seamlessly within enterprise organizations' environments, particularly in the Middle East. The primary objective is to ensure that our clients can leverage the full power of North effectively, securely, and efficiently, unlocking new levels of productivity and innovation.
- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be instrumental in leading the end-to-end deployment of North within private cloud and on-premises environments. This comprehensive process includes meticulous planning, precise configuration, rigorous testing, and a smooth, controlled rollout. You will be the technical point person, ensuring that the deployment meets all technical and business requirements.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with enterprise IT teams. You will partner with them to conduct thorough assessments of their existing infrastructure, understand their specific security requirements, and evaluate their current data management practices. This deep understanding will allow you to tailor deployment strategies that are not only effective but also fully compliant with stringent data privacy and security standards, which are paramount in enterprise settings.
- • You will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke deployment strategies that are precisely aligned with each client's unique needs and operational context. This includes navigating complex network configurations, managing dependencies, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems. Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing that North integrates flawlessly and operates optimally within diverse client infrastructures.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software solutions, with a strong emphasis on private/hybrid cloud environments.
- • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and internal teams in the Dubai region.
- • Demonstrated strong expertise in core cloud infrastructure technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, alongside deep knowledge of networking principles and virtualization technologies.
- • Proven experience administering production Kubernetes clusters and a strong command of Helm for package management and deployment automation.
- • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including the setup and management of CI/CD pipelines, and proficiency with version control systems like Git.
