Forward Deployed Engineer (Integrations)

📋 Description

• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Integrations) at Firecrawl Inc., you will work directly with customers to integrate, deploy, and scale Firecrawl’s web data extraction platform within their products, taking full technical ownership from initial API call to production-scale implementation.
• • Day to day, you will write TypeScript/Node.js code to build and customize integrations with payments systems, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs; debug complex real-time issues with customers; develop reusable solutions and playbooks from one-off problems; and translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering insights.
• • You will join a small, fast-moving, technical team at Firecrawl, a company that has achieved 8 figures in ARR and over 100k GitHub stars by providing developers with the fastest way to convert web data into LLM-ready markdown or structured data via a simple API call.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in customer-facing technical work, system design, and production engineering while influencing product direction through direct field experience—growing as a full-stack problem solver who ships impactful solutions in a high-ownership, ambiguous environment.
