You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how global enterprises leverage AI for automation, specifically by deploying our proprietary AI platform, Tessera Mosaic. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of business process automation, moving beyond traditional System Integrator (SI) models to deliver AI-powered solutions with unprecedented speed and quality.
• • As an FDE, you will be the technical vanguard, deeply embedded within Fortune 500 companies. Your mission will be to architect and implement AI automation solutions that tackle the most complex, mission-critical business workflows. These workflows, currently consuming thousands of human hours, will be reimagined and optimized through the power of AI agents deployed across enterprise systems of record such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow.

• • You will operate at the dynamic intersection of our Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, Engineering, Center of Excellence, and Customer Success teams. Your responsibilities will span the entire customer engagement lifecycle, from initial pre-deployment validation through to full-scale production maturity. This includes meticulously understanding customer requirements, designing and constructing novel systems leveraging the full capabilities of our platform, architecting robust deployments, and significantly accelerating deal cycles.
• • Your toolkit will include delivering compelling technical presentations, crafting precise technical documentation, developing impactful proofs-of-concept (PoCs), leading hands-on workshops, and conducting comprehensive training sessions. This multifaceted approach ensures seamless integration and successful adoption of Tessera's AI solutions.
• • This role is exceptionally well-suited for ambitious engineers and former founders who possess a dual aptitude for navigating ambiguity and excelling in technically demanding environments, complemented by strong interpersonal skills. Tessera FDEs are characterized by their proactive problem-solving abilities and a remarkable foresight in anticipating challenges and opportunities.
• • Key responsibilities include writing and deploying production-grade software and automated workflows directly on the Tessera Mosaic platform. You will conduct in-depth process discovery sessions with clients, dissecting intricate, cross-system problems into actionable, well-defined technical solutions.
• • You will be instrumental in building lightweight prototypes and workflows that vividly demonstrate the capabilities of Tessera's AI agents within realistic enterprise contexts. Collaborating closely with the GTM team, you will define technical boundaries for sales engagements and produce essential technical collateral, including Statements of Work (SOWs).
• • Furthermore, you will partner with our Infrastructure and Engineering teams to design scalable implementations that ensure consistent performance across high-volume, business-critical processes. Continuous iteration with customers and internal stakeholders will be crucial for driving adoption from pilot phases to full production deployment.
• • A vital aspect of your role will be to channel field intelligence gathered from customer engagements back to the Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing and shaping our product strategy. You will foster long-term customer relationships, proactively identifying new automation opportunities throughout your engagements.
• • You will also take the lead in conducting training and workshop sessions at customer sites, empowering users to effectively leverage the Tessera Mosaic platform and upskill their teams.
• • This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, where you will be responsible for the technical success of our most strategic customer deployments, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes through AI automation. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding enterprises through their AI transformation journey.
