- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world customer needs, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business impact for strategic partners across industries. Your role is pivotal in ensuring ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI solutions are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with customer workflows, business objectives, and user motivations—directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming human-AI interaction at scale.
- • Day to day, you will: engage in deep discovery sessions with enterprise customers to uncover unmet audio and voice AI needs; design and architect custom integrations of ElevenLabs’ platforms (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI) into customer systems; prototype and demo solutions using Python-based scripts and API integrations; collaborate with engineering and product teams to feed field insights back into model improvements and roadmap planning; guide technical and executive stakeholders on best practices for deployment, optimization, and scaling of AI voice solutions; scope new industry applications and lead end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects for strategic partners like Deutsche Telekom and Meta; synthesize disparate inputs—technical, user, business—into coherent strategies that drive adoption and innovation; and present findings and proposals to audiences ranging from engineers to C-suite leaders with clarity and conviction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student projects, side initiatives, or professional roles, demonstrating genuine interest in close customer collaboration.
- • Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration to build prototypes, demos, and lightweight integrations.
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- • Proven track record of owning complex projects end-to-end and delivering results under ambiguity.
- • Adaptability to thrive across varied customer environments, technical stacks, and use cases.
- • Technical aptitude to rapidly grasp ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI models and their practical applications.
