• • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with our strategic customers. You will conduct in-depth meetings to thoroughly understand their critical audio and voice AI requirements, pinpointing their most significant pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• • Through this deep engagement, you will identify and define relevant use cases. This involves not just understanding the problem but also working hand-in-hand with our Engineering teams to architect and implement our advanced voice and audio AI technology into bespoke, innovative solutions tailored to each customer's unique workflow.
• • You will be responsible for designing and architecting these custom integrations, ensuring that ElevenLabs' technology integrates seamlessly into the customer's existing products and operational frameworks. This requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking to foresee potential challenges and opportunities.
• • Guiding customers on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models will be crucial. You will empower them to leverage our technology to its fullest potential, ensuring optimal performance and effectiveness in their specific applications.
