- • As a Forward Deployed Expert, you will be embedded within client teams to solve complex business challenges through AI-driven solutions, directly impacting operational efficiency and decision-making for leading U.S. companies.
- • Day to day, you will partner with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, design and prototype solutions using LLMs and agents, build proof-of-concepts, and drive projects from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- • You will join TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider with 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with innovative U.S. clients who blend 50% creative and 50% engineering talent to drive transformation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI transformation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end solution delivery, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor capable of turning business ambiguity into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- • Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
- • Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
- • Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
- • Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
- • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- • Experience moving initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept to production
- • Strong understanding of change management and organizational adoption
- • Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Advanced English
