📋 Description

• Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks in U.S.-based organizations.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes including efficiency gains, cost reduction, throughput improvement, and process optimization.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining clear pathways to production implementation.
• Design scalable AI systems with governance, observability, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from discovery and solution design through adoption and operationalization.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful team adoption of new AI-powered workflows and operating models.
• Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives across client engagements.
• Work remotely with full autonomy, focusing on results rather than hours, while collaborating with top American companies on high-impact projects.
• Operate in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Maintain advanced English proficiency to effectively communicate with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
• Apply senior-level consulting and stakeholder management skills to align technical solutions with strategic business goals.
• Leverage hands-on experience in improving business processes or operational efficiency through technology.
• Move initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept stages to full production deployment.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of organizational change management and employee adoption of new technologies.
• Work as part of a global network of 600+ senior tech professionals based in Latin America, collaborating with a multicultural team.
• Engage with clients who are the only technology and creative network with a 50% creative and 50% engineering composition, enabling unique cross-disciplinary innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
• Advanced English proficiency
