📋 Description

• Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and workflow optimization
• Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and process improvement
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompts, agents, APIs, and orchestration tools
• Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining pathways to production implementation
• Design scalable solutions with governance, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
• Drive projects from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption
• Support change management and help teams successfully adopt new workflows and operating models
• Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives
• Work with U.S.-based clients who are industry leaders, combining 50% creative and 50% engineering teams to drive business impact
• Operate in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring strong problem-solving and adaptability
• Collaborate with senior technical and business professionals across Latin America and the U.S.
• Deliver AI-fluent, full-stack solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes
• Maintain fluency in advanced English for seamless communication with U.S. executives and cross-functional teams
• Apply senior client-facing experience working with CMOs, CTOs, and CIOs to align AI initiatives with strategic business goals
• Leverage expertise in at least one industry or business function to contextualize AI solutions within real-world operations
• Implement governance and evaluation frameworks to ensure responsible and sustainable AI deployment
• Transition pilot or proof-of-concept projects into production-ready systems with clear adoption pathways

🎯 Requirements

• Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
• Advanced English proficiency
