- • Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks in U.S.-based organizations.
- • Partner with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- • Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes including efficiency gains, cost reduction, throughput improvement, and process optimization.
- • Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools.
- • Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining clear pathways to production implementation.
- • Design scalable AI systems with governance, observability, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- • Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable implementation roadmaps.
- • Drive end-to-end project delivery from discovery and solution design through adoption and change management.
- • Support organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of new AI-powered workflows and operating models.
- • Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives across client engagements.
- • Operate in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision, delivering results under uncertainty.
- • Work directly with top American companies on innovative, high-impact digital transformation projects.
- • Maintain advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
- • Apply senior-level consulting skills to manage stakeholder expectations, align technical solutions with business goals, and influence decision-making.
- • Leverage hands-on experience in improving business processes or operational efficiency through technology implementation.
- • Move initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept stages to production deployment with measurable business impact.
- • Collaborate with a global network of 600+ senior tech professionals based in Latin America.
- • Work remotely with full autonomy—focus on outcomes, not hours, using only a laptop and reliable internet connection.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- • Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
- • Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
- • Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
- • Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
- • Bachelor’s degree and advanced English proficiency
