📋 Description

• Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks in U.S.-based organizations.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes including efficiency gains, cost reduction, throughput improvement, and process optimization.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate feasibility and business value before scaling to production.
• Design scalable AI implementations with governance, observability, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from discovery and solution design through adoption and operationalization.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful team adoption of new AI-powered workflows and operating models.
• Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives across client engagements.
• Work autonomously in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision while delivering results against business objectives.
• Collaborate with a global network of 600+ senior tech professionals based in Latin America and U.S. clients.
• Engage directly with Fortune 500 companies and scaling startups to deliver transformative AI solutions at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
• Maintain advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders and document technical and business artifacts.
• Operate as a full-stack operator with fluency in both business strategy and hands-on AI technical implementation.
• Apply industry-specific expertise to tailor AI solutions to the unique operational context of each client.
• Move initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept stages to production-ready deployments with defined success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced English proficiency
