Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Architect Starbridge configurations that integrate seamlessly with customers’ existing GTM stacks, including CRM, sales engagement tools, and other data sources.
- • Lead discovery sessions with individual contributors through C-level leaders in RevOps, Sales, and Marketing, translating ambiguous requirements into clear scopes, deliverables, and success metrics.
- • Facilitate hands-on builds and configurations within the Starbridge platform, including signal creation, Bridges, data enrichment, automation workflows, and custom reporting.
- • Own end-to-end customer engagements from kickoff to launch, managing project plans, timelines, and consistent check-in rhythms to ensure on-time delivery and customer alignment.
- • Deliver live training and build sessions that empower customers to independently operate the platform post-deployment, answering technical and strategic questions in real time.
- • Drive customer adoption, renewal, and expansion by stewarding relationships and ensuring the platform delivers measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- • Act as the customer’s voice inside Starbridge, identifying recurring patterns, pain points, and feature requests, and feeding actionable insights directly to Product teams to shape platform evolution.
- • Operate as a strategic consultant, not just an implementer — balancing high-level GTM strategy with hands-on technical execution to solve ambiguous, unstructured problems.
- • Use AI tools and prompt engineering as a core part of daily workflow to increase output quality and efficiency in configuration, reporting, and customer communication.
- • Maintain ownership of revenue goals tied to customer success, including adoption metrics, retention rates, and upsell opportunities within the public sector customer base.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Account Management teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and sales strategy.
- • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with customers’ RevOps, Sales, and GTM leaders in their offices or virtually, embodying the company’s "In the Arena" principle by experiencing customer workflows firsthand.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs, often building systems from scratch where no pre-defined process exists, prioritizing outcomes over rigid methodologies.
- • Maintain a data-driven approach by defining and monitoring health metrics, using adoption and engagement data to guide prioritization and customer conversations.
- • Demonstrate initiative beyond formal responsibilities — whether by learning basic Python, sending cold emails to unblock a process, or creating custom workflows to solve a customer bottleneck.
- • Participate in regular offsites in NYC and global locations to foster team cohesion and strategic alignment.
- • Contribute to a culture of speed, fun, and customer obsession, where momentum, humor, and camaraderie are intentional drivers of team performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, technical CSM/TAM, deployments, or related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
- • Experience building systems from scratch in ambiguous environments where the path is not predefined
- • Proven ability to use AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality
- • Strong communicator who simplifies complex concepts for audiences ranging from admins to executives
- • Data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking health metrics to guide customer success decisions
- • Ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on technical execution
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary + early-stage equity
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- • Company-provided lunch in office every day
- • 75% coverage of Chelsea Piers Fitness membership
- • Unlimited PTO
- • Regular offsites in NYC and global locations
