- • Own a named portfolio of clients, managing relationships from onboarding through long-term retention and ensuring sustained platform value
- • Vibe code every day by pulling data from the platform, writing SQL queries against the data warehouse, reading relevant code paths, and shipping fixes to unblock clients
- • Translate real client pain points into actionable product insights by surfacing gaps, tracking adoption signals, and influencing the product roadmap through data and intuition
- • Act as the primary voice of the client internally and externally, building trust with engineering teams and business leaders to advocate for high-impact fixes
- • Drive client growth by turning exceptional support experiences into referrals and ensuring a magical experience for sophisticated traders
- • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Compliance teams to deliver white-glove service to Polymarket’s most active users
- • Monitor and resolve issues before they escalate, maintaining high client satisfaction and platform reliability
- • Ensure the support organization improves by 1% every day through iterative feedback loops and process refinement
- • Work directly with institutional clients, high-stakes power users, and technical traders to understand their unique needs and constraints
- • Use first-hand client interactions to shape product decisions, prioritizing features and fixes that maximize platform adoption and retention
- • Maintain clear, fast, and human communication in online and community settings, with strong tone-reading and responsiveness as default skills
- • Manage 10+ live client threads simultaneously without dropping any, demonstrating exceptional prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
- • Serve as a mini-founder within a mini-startup within Polymarket, operating with autonomy and ownership over client outcomes and product impact
- • Engage with clients across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs markets to understand how prediction market dynamics affect their trading behavior
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
- • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)
- • Comfortable debugging API requests and dev environments
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online and community settings
- • Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
- • Engineer with a strong technical background who loves working close to customers and product
