đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Forward Deployed Product Manager at Lorikeet Software Pty Ltd, you will serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers while building the foundational post-sales organization that enables scalable AI adoption across complex industries such as fintech, healthtech, and marketplaces. This role is critical to transforming how businesses leverage AI beyond basic support ticket automation into personalized concierge services, directly impacting customer success and long-term product strategy.
  • • You will act as a trusted AI advisor to C-suite executives, translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI; lead multiple AI agent launches simultaneously by breaking down ambiguous challenges into phased roadmaps with measurable milestones; design and implement scalable post-sales processes including onboarding frameworks and success metrics to support growth from dozens to hundreds of enterprise customers; build and refine implementation methodologies by creating playbooks and frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality customer outcomes; architect solutions connecting Lorikeet's AI to specific business outcomes by deeply understanding customer operations and codifying patterns into repeatable strategies; bridge business and technology by rapidly learning AI/ML concepts to credibly advise customers while partnering with engineering teams; identify expansion opportunities beyond traditional support by spotting where AI can transform operations and building processes to systematically capture these opportunities; influence product strategy by surfacing implementation insights and customer needs to the product team while establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement; solve complex integration challenges through strategic thinking about the customer's entire business ecosystem; and use AI tools like Claude Code to enhance productivity and deliver value to subscribers.
  • • Lorikeet is a fast-growing, AI-native startup backed by over USD 50m in funding from top-tier investors including QED, Blackbird, Square Peg, and notable angels such as ex-Stripe COO Claire Hughes Johnson and Linear COO Cristina Cordova. The company serves enterprise customers including the largest telehealth provider in Australia, the largest teen-focused bank in the US, major NFT marketplaces, virtual specialty-care platforms, flexible rent-payment systems, and Web3 gaming companies—each generating over 1 million support tickets annually. Lorikeet’s culture emphasizes low ego, high trust, flexibility, and user obsession over traditional credentials, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The team operates with transparency, sharing monthly investor updates with all employees as owners, and values efficient, flexible work that accommodates life priorities.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI and automation while building organizational capabilities that define how companies adopt transformative AI solutions. You will gain hands-on experience shaping an entire post-sales function from the ground up, positioning yourself for senior leadership in a high-impact, high-growth environment. You’ll learn to balance immediate customer needs with long-term strategic goals, refine change management and adoption frameworks, and become proficient in leveraging AI tools to drive productivity—skills that are essential for the next decade of work in AI-driven enterprises.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in process design or organizational building
  • • Strong project leadership skills—organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both customer outcomes and internal initiatives
  • • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with customers or external stakeholders, ideally with exposure to executive-level engagement
  • • Track record of creating scalable processes or frameworks in ambiguous environments
  • • Experience with or interest in change management and helping organizations adopt new technologies
  • • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms and document complex processes for others to follow
  • • Strategic thinking ability to balance immediate customer needs with long-term organizational goals
  • • Technical curiosity and enjoyment of learning new tools, even without a formal technical background
  • • Excitement about AI and prior experimentation with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code) or learning how AI applies in business contexts

🏖️ Benefits

  • • High base salary competitive with unicorn/scale-up companies, paired with a potentially life-changing equity stake in the business
  • • Full transparency: employees receive the same monthly investor updates as owners, fostering a true sense of ownership and alignment
  • • Informal, two-part recruitment process: initial chats with founders followed by a paid two-day work trial to ship real work together—no lengthy or opaque hiring stages
  • • Flexible, low-ego, high-trust culture that supports working efficiently and adapting hours to life priorities outside of work
  • • Commitment to diversity and inclusion, actively encouraging applications from underrepresented backgrounds
  • • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools daily (including Claude Code) and build skills essential for the future of work
  • • Access to a growing network of enterprise customers and exposure to complex AI implementations across fintech, healthtech, marketplaces, and more
  • • Rapid professional growth in an early-stage startup where you can shape an entire function and advance into senior leadership
  • • Supportive environment that values learning, curiosity, and user obsession over traditional credentials
  • • Based in London, UK, with the ability to work flexibly to suit personal and professional needs
