- • As a Principal Product Manager at Replicant AI Inc., you will shape the future of autonomous customer service by defining long-term product and AI strategy at the intersection of AI research and enterprise product development, driving measurable enterprise value through AI-powered solutions.
- • You will own large, ambiguous problems, define multi-team product and AI strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution, drive customer and market research, establish company-wide metrics, communicate vision to executives and customers, and coach and elevate the product team through mentorship and hiring leadership.
- • Replicant AI builds AI agents that handle millions of calls monthly for Fortune 500 companies, using LLMs and voice AI to resolve requests, improve agent performance, and deliver enterprise-scale, secure, and empathetic customer service, with a mission to shift legacy systems to AI-first service.
- • You will deepen your expertise in LLMs, voice AI, and agentic architectures, translate frontier AI capabilities into enterprise products, influence company strategy, and grow as a leader by mentoring senior PMs and shaping hiring for executive roles in a high-impact, innovative AI environment.
