• • As a Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Integrations at ShiftKey, you will lead the strategy for connecting the core healthcare staffing marketplace with complex third-party enterprise systems, directly impacting how facilities and professionals connect to solve critical staffing shortages.
• • You will define and own the end-to-end integration roadmap, partner with engineering on API design and system reliability, transition from legacy point-to-point connections to a scalable 'one-to-many' framework, manage competing priorities between internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with revenue, sales, and partners to align product strategy with market demand and unlock new business channels.
• • ShiftKey is a mission-driven platform disrupting healthcare staffing by enabling direct connections between facilities and licensed professionals, putting power back into workers' hands and helping mitigate nationwide staffing shortages through a flexible, scalable marketplace model.
• • In this role, you will develop strategic ownership of external integration ecosystems, deepen expertise in B2B SaaS and two-sided marketplace dynamics, strengthen technical fluency in API architecture and data flows, and drive measurable business growth by aligning product strategy with revenue goals and partner needs.
