- • As a Forward Deployed Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world customer needs, translating complex voice and audio AI capabilities into tangible business impact for strategic partners across industries. This role is not just about technical implementation—it’s about owning the end-to-end journey of understanding deep customer challenges, designing bespoke AI solutions, and ensuring seamless integration that drives measurable value, all while operating within a high-velocity, impact-first culture where your contributions directly shape the evolution of ElevenLabs’ platforms.
- • Day to day, you will engage directly with enterprise customers to uncover their most pressing audio and voice AI pain points through deep discovery sessions, workshops, and technical consultations; synthesize fragmented insights from customer workflows, data, and stakeholder interviews into coherent problem statements and solution roadmaps; collaborate with Engineers and Product Designers to architect and prototype custom integrations of ElevenLabs’ ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that fit seamlessly into existing systems; guide customer technical and executive teams on best practices for deploying and scaling voice AI models to maximize performance, reliability, and user adoption; build and deliver compelling, tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase the transformative potential of ElevenLabs’ technology to both technical audiences and C-suite stakeholders; translate field observations and customer feedback into actionable insights for Research and Product teams to inform future model improvements and feature prioritization; scope out novel applications of voice AI in emerging industries and geographies, driving expansion into new verticals and markets; take full ownership of strategic projects from inception through delivery, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-impact outcomes; and act as a trusted advisor to customers’ engineering and leadership teams, fostering long-term partnerships grounded in technical excellence and mutual success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student projects, side initiatives, or professional roles, demonstrating genuine interest and ability to collaborate closely with users to understand their needs.
- • Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration to support prototyping, demo creation, and lightweight scripting for voice AI implementations.
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • A track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results through initiative, persistence, and cross-functional coordination.
- • Adaptability to thrive in diverse customer environments and technical contexts, quickly learning new domains, systems, and use cases.
- • Technical aptitude to rapidly grasp ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI models, their capabilities, limitations, and optimal application scenarios.
