- • The Forwarding Supervisor role on the MVTrac team at Motorola Solutions is critical to ensuring efficient recovery operations by overseeing a team of Forwarding representatives who manage support staff, customer service, pre-recovery processing, and escalated account scenarios. This role directly contributes to the company’s mission of building safer communities by maintaining high standards in recovery services and fostering collaboration across teams.
- • Day to day, the supervisor will review and assign accounts to case workers via MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol, document and process client requests, track daily team productivity, provide coaching and performance feedback, and review fee requests for accuracy before submission to lenders. The role requires proactive leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- • The MVTrac team operates within Motorola Solutions’ broader commitment to excellence in recovery services, grounded in a unique cultural foundation that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a remote position with up to 10% travel, the supervisor will lead a distributed team while aligning with company-wide values of safety, innovation, and people-first leadership.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and operational expertise in recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking. They will enhance their ability to coach and grow team members, refine presentation and communication skills, and gain experience in client-facing operations within the auto finance sector—positioning them for advancement in operations, people management, or recovery services leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in business management
- • Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- • Client (auto finance) experience (preferred)
- • Presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) (preferred)
