📋 Description

• As a Founder's Associate at Bitstack Technologies SAS, you will work directly with the CEO to support strategic initiatives across operations, product, fundraising, marketing, and strategy, playing a critical role in optimizing leadership time and driving organizational alignment in a fast-growing crypto-native bank serving 300K+ users.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investor and board reports, managing the investor CRM, coordinating board meetings and leadership offsites, leading cross-departmental projects, supporting finance and operations with performance tracking and budgeting, building internal OKR tracking systems, providing data-driven insights for decision-making, and partnering with Marketing and Product on growth initiatives.
• Bitstack is a YC-backed, ambitious startup rebuilding finance to empower financial freedom through an open and inclusive system, with a small team of operators who move fast, sweat the details, and prioritize building products users love—offering you the chance to shape both product and company culture.
• In this 6-month full-time internship (September 2026 start, Paris-based with hybrid flexibility), you will gain hands-on, end-to-end startup experience, develop strategic and operational expertise, and directly influence how Bitstack scales its people, processes, and impact while working closely with founders and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in VC or fintech startup
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to act as a bridge between departments
• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills to keep investor outreach and high-priority activities on track
• Fluency in both French and English
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with comfort switching between finance, product, and admin topics
• Ability to take initiative, find creative solutions, and articulate trade-offs effectively
