- • Work directly with the CEO and executive team to drive the company’s highest-priority initiatives across strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
- • Translate ambiguous, high-stakes goals into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- • Build analytical models, data-driven presentations, and strategic recommendations to inform key leadership decisions.
- • Support both strategic planning and day-to-day operational initiatives across departments including product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment, timely execution, and accountability across teams.
- • Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to identify emerging opportunities and risks for the business.
- • Analyze internal workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements to how Distyl operates and grows.
- • Partner closely with senior leadership to execute mission-critical projects impacting enterprise clients in telecom, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
- • Lead research efforts into AI-native operations, including self-constructing systems and reliable AI execution frameworks.
- • Produce high-quality deliverables including slide decks, memos, dashboards, and executive summaries for board-level review.
- • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment where initiative and ownership are expected, not optional.
- • Engage with cutting-edge AI technologies and tools, leveraging real-world enterprise data to solve complex business challenges.
- • Contribute to building and scaling a profitable enterprise AI company with a 100% production deployment success rate.
- • Collaborate across Distyl’s offices in San Francisco and New York under a hybrid model requiring 3+ days per week in-office (Tuesday–Thursday).
- • Take ownership of projects with direct impact on top-tier enterprise customers and Distyl’s internal systems.
- • Maintain meticulous organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication across rapidly shifting priorities.
- • Support company-wide initiatives that influence hundreds of millions of consumer interactions, tens of millions of supply chain transactions, and millions of patient journeys.
- • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance company processes, culture, and scalability through data-informed insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a high-growth technology environment
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- • Intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
