• The role involves working closely with core teams on high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.

• The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, business judgment, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

• The candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and be curious, resourceful, and driven to build.
• This role is not for people who only want to attend meetings, cannot follow up aggressively and professionally, need fixed scope and slow timelines, or avoid messy cross-functional problems.
• The company is looking for individuals who can produce clear decisions and next actions.
• The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Vietnam.
• English is the main working language across global teams, and strong English communication is required.
• The interview process involves an online assessment or practical task, a role-specific interview, and a CEO/final round.
• The company aims to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process.
