• • Own high-impact strategic initiatives across product, marketing, and finance to directly drive Almedia’s expansion objectives as a key contributor to becoming Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn.
• • Execute problem-solving by diving into complex business challenges, conducting rapid data analysis, and building implemented solutions in close collaboration with the CEO and Founders.
• • Optimize company-wide operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and leading the implementation of new tools, workflows, and systems to enhance scalability and productivity.
• • Coordinate cross-functional sprints between technical and business teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution on critical company milestones and deadlines.
• • Generate market and competitive insights through rigorous analysis, financial modeling, and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and evaluate new business ventures.
• • Act as a versatile ‘Swiss Army knife’ for leadership, taking on diverse responsibilities across functions with speed and precision, from research to hands-on execution.
• • Drive results in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment where initiative is rewarded and responsibilities are granted rapidly—no micromanagement, no slow processes.
• • Maintain a fully present, in-office work rhythm—five days per week in Berlin—to sustain the energetic, collaborative momentum essential to Almedia’s growth.
