📋 Description

• • As a Founder's Associate at BLP Digital, you will work closely with the COO to build essential operational functions from the ground up, supporting the company's rapid global scaling as a leading ERP automation provider powered by agentic AI.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include scaling operations infrastructure to support growing headcount and international expansion, building AI-driven internal tools for hiring, sales, and operations, establishing the people function for new offices in London and the US East Coast, and driving international market entry including legal, compliance, and on-the-ground hiring.
• • BLP Digital is a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, with its AI-powered automation platform live in 40+ countries, serving 20,000+ daily active users and automating 70,000+ processes daily for Fortune 500 enterprises.
• • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in building startup functions, develop expertise in operations and scaling, identify your strengths through real ownership of problems, and grow into a future leader — whether as a function head, founder, or operator with deep insight into how companies are built from zero to scale.
