📋 Description

• We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate. As a key member of our core team, you will work closely with various teams across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development to drive high-priority initiatives and solve business and product challenges.
• You will be responsible for building new teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows, and lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Your role will involve researching new markets, products, and business opportunities, and improving how we operate by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.
• You will take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and business judgment, who can learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• You should be comfortable working across different business functions, and have strong ownership and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
• You should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, and be curious, resourceful, and driven to build.
