- • **Founder Support:** Act as a trusted confidant and right-hand to a co-founder, proactively managing their priorities, facilitating seamless context switching, and ensuring diligent follow-through on all commitments.
- • **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants and internal stakeholders across all departments to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of initiatives and projects.
- • **Strategic Preparation:** Prepare comprehensive briefs, insightful documents, compelling presentations, and rigorous analyses to support key meetings, decision-making processes, and strategic planning.
- • **Action Item Management:** Diligently track action items from meetings and initiatives, ensuring high-velocity execution and accountability across all relevant teams.
- • **Strategic Initiative Support:** Provide critical support for a range of strategic initiatives, including in-depth market analysis, the development of new projects, the refinement of internal processes, and the execution of special, high-impact projects.
- • **Project Leadership:** Drive cross-functional projects from their initial ideation phase through to successful execution, ensuring alignment and progress at every step.
