  • • As Founder's Executive Assistant at Incident Technologies, Inc., you will serve as the critical operational backbone for Chris, the Co-Founder and Field CTO, and support other San Francisco-based executives by anticipating needs, managing high-stakes logistics, and ensuring seamless execution across leadership functions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning Chris’s calendar, travel, and daily logistics; coordinating across senior leaders; planning and executing team offsites and internal events; filtering information to prioritize what matters; preparing presentations and documents; maintaining the SF office environment; and acting as a trusted liaison with employees, visitors, investors, and customers.
  • • Incident Technologies, Inc. (incident.io) is a fast-growing, ambitious AI-driven incident response platform that has raised $100M from top-tier investors and serves over 1,500 companies including Netflix, Airbnb, and Block, helping them reduce downtime and improve system reliability through integrated on-call, AI SRE, and status page tools.
