- • Work directly with the Co-Founders and Founder’s Team on cross-functional projects spanning marketing, sales, customer success, strategy, HR, and business development.
- • Assist in building company operations by implementing key processes, decision-making frameworks, and automating workflows to prepare for scaling.
- • Engage directly with potential customers to sell the platform, gather feedback, and answer inquiries to inform product and service improvements.
- • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to generate, record, and edit viral content for digital platforms.
- • Execute ad-hoc projects as requested by the founders, including financial modeling, compliance tasks, competitor analysis, and operational research.
- • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks with high autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Contribute to organizational development by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
- • Participate in daily operations across multiple departments, gaining exposure to all facets of a growing edtech business.
- • Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating cross-team initiatives and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- • Maintain exceptional organization while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- • Work onsite at the office located in Chancery Lane, London, with a full-time schedule during the 3-month summer internship.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current university student or recent graduate with a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from a top university
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high organization
- • Comfort with high levels of end-to-end responsibility and autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Adaptability and strong work ethic with a bias for action and getting things done immediately
- • Honesty, transparency, and openness to feedback, including upward feedback
