📋 Description

• We are looking for high-ownership generalists to join the Founder's Office for BJAK's finance super app expansion.
• This role is for builders who can take on ambiguous business problems, move fast across functions and help launch new financial products, markets, licences and partnerships.
• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring and operating plans.
• Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners and business models.
• Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines and next actions.
• Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations and country teams.
• Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents and execution rhythms.
• Own urgent business problems until they are solved.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing and sharp business judgement.
• Able to learn new industries, regulations and markets quickly.
• Comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research and execution.
• Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.
• Fast, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Strong English communication and structured thinking.
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
