📋 Description

• As a Founders Associate, you'll work directly alongside the founding team, owning strategic projects end to end, automating operations, and helping shape the company's next stage of growth.
• You'll own strategic and operational projects from start to finish, building and scaling processes using modern automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) and AI platforms.
• Lead financial planning — budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable frameworks to support sustainable growth.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Build modern business intelligence structures using tools like Snowflake and Looker Studio to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders, contributing independent perspectives on key business decisions.
• Drive new business ideas and go-to-market strategies from zero to one.
• Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and clear, actionable implementation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment — early-stage startup, strategy consulting, or venture capital.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.
• Proven experience developing and launching new business ideas or go-to-market strategies from scratch (0 → 1).
