• As the Founders Associate, you will serve as the CEO's indispensable right-hand person, driving the execution of our overarching strategy across all facets of the business. This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset, focusing on critical questions that shape our market position and future growth. You will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and determining how Melotech can best capitalize on them. Your responsibilities will include deciphering complex data to inform strategic direction and optimizing our internal processes and systems for peak efficiency and scalability.
• Working with complete autonomy alongside our founder, your insights and decisions will have a direct and profound impact on Melotech's trajectory and ultimate success. You will be empowered to lead high-impact projects from their initial conception through to successful completion, spanning diverse business verticals. This includes meticulously preparing comprehensive presentations, detailed reports, and insightful briefing documents, while rigorously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and compiling regular performance updates.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve conducting in-depth market, competitor, and investor research. This research will be crucial for identifying untapped growth avenues, understanding the competitive landscape, and providing the foundational data necessary for informed strategic decision-making. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting our fundraising efforts, which will involve crafting compelling pitch materials, meticulously organizing investor outreach campaigns, and diligently maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners.
• Beyond strategic initiatives, you will be tasked with streamlining existing workflows, enhancing operational processes, and contributing to our talent acquisition strategy, potentially leveraging AI to scale our recruiting efforts effectively. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted sparring partner for the founder, collaborating closely on prioritizing and executing strategic projects that span various areas of the business, ensuring alignment and driving progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a similarly analytical field from a globally recognized top-tier university.
• Minimum of 1 year of high-impact professional experience gained in elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech companies, leading Private Equity/Venture Capital funds, or as an early team member in a venture-backed, hyper-growth startup.
• Demonstrated exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform executive-level decision-making.
• High degree of autonomy, with a track record of thriving with minimal guidance, independently leading, and successfully delivering multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven experience working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in areas of scaling and strategy.
• Comfort and resilience in high-pressure, performance-driven environments, with a consistent history of exceeding expectations. You are energized by high stakes, fast-paced settings, and constant change.
