📋 Description

• As a Founders Associate at Cosuno GmbH, you will work closely with the founding team to gain unique insight into building and scaling a tech startup, taking ownership of strategic and operational projects that drive company growth.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the founders and leadership team in identifying and executing commercial initiatives, independently managing strategic projects focused on business development, sales enablement, and process optimization, acting as a central liaison between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, analyzing market trends and customer needs to support data-driven decision-making, contributing to go-to-market strategy development and market expansion, and preparing analyses, decision templates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Cosuno is a fast-growing Tech-Startup revolutionizing the construction industry through its digital platform for tenders and procurement processes, leveraging AI to analyze millions of data points and help construction companies create precise, cost-efficient offers while promoting diversity and an inclusive work environment.
• In this role, you will develop strategic thinking and end-to-end project management skills, strengthen cross-functional leadership and communication abilities, gain deep exposure to SaaS startup scaling, and position yourself for long-term responsibility and potential transition into a permanent role or Werkstudent position.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting, ideally with a commercial focus
• Strategic thinking and the ability to guide projects from conception to execution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
• Native-level German and fluent English language proficiency
• Ambition to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced organization and take on long-term responsibility
