📋 Description

• As a Founders Associate Intern at Melotech, you will step into a pivotal role, acting as the direct right-hand to our CEO and playing an instrumental part in shaping and executing our overarching company strategy. • Your primary responsibility will be to tackle the most pressing strategic questions facing Melotech. This includes conducting in-depth market analysis to understand emerging trends, identifying where the industry is headed, and determining how Melotech can best position itself to capitalize on future opportunities. You will be instrumental in identifying and leveraging key data points to inform strategic direction, ensuring our decisions are data-driven and aligned with our long-term vision.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve optimizing and scaling our internal processes and systems. You will have the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and implement changes that enhance operational effectiveness and support our rapid growth. This could range from refining project management methodologies to implementing new tools and technologies that streamline our workflows.
• You will manage high-impact projects from their initial conception through to successful completion. These projects will span across all business verticals, requiring you to develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse operations. Your ability to define project scope, set clear objectives, manage timelines, and coordinate resources will be crucial for success.
• A key deliverable will be the preparation of compelling presentations, detailed reports, and concise briefing documents. You will be responsible for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compiling regular performance updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• You will conduct extensive market, competitor, and investor research. Your insights will directly influence our go-to-market strategies and product development roadmap.
• Supporting our fundraising efforts will be a critical component of your role. This will involve creating polished pitch materials, assisting with investor outreach, and diligently maintaining partner relations. Your contribution will be essential in securing the resources needed for Melotech's continued expansion.
• You will play a key role in streamlining our operational workflows and improving existing processes. This includes identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization. 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a similarly analytical field from a top-tier university.
• Minimum of 1 year of high-impact professional experience in elite management consulting, investment banking, Big Tech, leading PE/VC firms, or as an early team member in a hyper-growth startup.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, lead multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines with minimal guidance, and deliver measurable impact.
• Previous experience working directly with C-level executives on scaling and strategy initiatives.
• A strong passion for music, video, or social media, with a genuine interest in shaping the future of the media and entertainment industry.
