- • As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work directly with the founding team to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling a SaaS startup in the construction technology space.
- • Your daily responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of pitches, reports, presentations, and analyses; conducting market and competitive research; contributing to projects in business development, sales, fundraising, or operations; owning small projects from start to finish; and supporting internal processes and meetings.
- • You will join Cosuno GmbH, a fast-growing tech startup revolutionizing the construction industry through its digital platform for tenders and procurement, leveraging AI to analyze pricing data and improve efficiency and transparency for clients.
- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; gain deep insight into startup operations and fundraising; take ownership of meaningful work from day one; and position yourself for potential transition to a working student or full-time role.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a business-related field, or nearing graduation
- • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, structurally, and solution-oriented
- • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity, with a proactive, hands-on attitude
