- • As a Founding Account Executive at Latamcent, you will play a pivotal role in transforming a proven AI infrastructure product into a scalable revenue engine by owning the enterprise sales motion from zero to one in Latin America. This is a strategic, high-impact opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, build the sales playbook, and directly influence company growth while working closely with the founders.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market enterprise accounts across key industries including Solar, Real Estate, Finance, and Education, targeting companies with $5M to $50M USD in annual revenue and driving deals with ACVs between $400,000 and $500,000 MXN through complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- • Your day-to-day will involve executing outbound prospecting campaigns using cold email sequences, developing qualification frameworks, and managing a consistent pipeline while replacing legacy CRM workflows with Latamcent’s centralized omnichannel platform through 'rip and replace' sales motions.
- • You will partner with founders and engineering teams to translate market needs into structured product feedback, positioning technical differentiators like private AI infrastructure versus public API solutions to senior stakeholders such as COOs, CTOs, and IT Directors.
- • A core part of your role will be defining and documenting the sales playbook from scratch — including outbound strategies, messaging, deal structuring, and ICP targeting — to enable future scaling of the sales team as the company grows toward $1M ARR.
- • You will operate in a remote-first environment aligned with Mexico and US business hours, leveraging your fluency in English (C1 or higher) and native Spanish to engage stakeholders across Latin America while contributing to a zero-churn, high-retention business model already serving municipal governments and regional banks.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales within emerging markets, master the art of selling technical platforms to non-technical and technical buyers alike, and gain ownership over GTM strategy — positioning yourself as a foundational leader in Latamcent’s next phase of growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Latin America
- • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- • Experience building pipeline from scratch in outbound-driven sales environments
- • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and deal structuring for mid-market accounts
- • Ability to sell technical products to both business and technical buyers (e.g., COO, CTO, IT Director)
- • Fluent English (C1 or higher) and native Spanish proficiency

- • Base salary of $50,000 MXN/month with on-target earnings of $1,600,000 to $2,000,000+ MXN annually
